This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on www.shop.WagnerGreens.com and is provided by Wagner Greens, a division of Joe Wagner Endeavors LLC (“Wagner Greens,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
1) Order Processing Time
We process orders within 1–3 business days after your order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume periods (launches, holidays, promotions), processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.
2) Shipping Times (Transit)
Shipping transit times vary by carrier and destination. Typical delivery ranges are:

Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days (after processing)

Expedited Shipping (if offered at checkout): 1–3 business days (after processing)
Please note: transit times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
3) Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

package weight and dimensions

shipping destination

selected shipping method
Any free shipping offers or thresholds will be shown at checkout when applicable.
4) Where We Ship
We currently ship to:

United States (all 50 states)
If you are outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, contact us at Joe@wagnergreens.com to confirm availability and rates.
5) Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.
6) Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

incorrect or incomplete addresses

typos in the shipping information provided

failed delivery attempts or refused packages
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, we can reship it once you confirm the correct address. Additional shipping fees may apply.
7) Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery is controlled by the carrier.

Delayed shipments: If tracking shows a delay, please allow additional time.

Marked “Delivered” but not received: Check around your delivery location and with neighbors/building staff. If you still can’t locate it, email support@wagnergreens.com within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can help you start a carrier inquiry.
We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier to the address provided, but we will assist with carrier claims when possible.
8) Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, email support@wagnergreens.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

your order number

photos of the damaged product
-
photos of the shipping box/packaging and shipping label
We will evaluate the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or other resolution.
9) Partial Shipments
If you order multiple items, we may ship them in separate packages depending on inventory availability and packaging requirements. If your order ships in multiple packages, you will receive tracking for each shipment.
10) Special Notes for Seed Products
Seed products should be stored cool, dry, and sealed upon arrival. If your shipment is left outdoors in heat or moisture for extended periods, seed quality may be impacted.
